Summary As a Concrete Finisher at the Winnipeg branch of Haywood Concrete Products, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of concrete product production. You will be responsible for finishing and detailing surfaces to meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with concrete finishing techniques and takes pride in delivering a polished, high-quality finished product.

- Perform concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and shaping surfaces to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete finishing tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Repair and patch imperfections or irregularities in concrete surfaces.
- Follow project specifications and blueprints to ensure the finished product meets design requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate workflow and ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as necessary.
