Job Type: Full-time Automotive Service Technician Wilf’s Elie Ford is seeking a level 1-2-3-4 to Red Seal Licensed Technicians. We offer health benefits, competitive wages and a matching pension. Busy service department and Family owned for 40 years. A short 20-minute drive from Winnipeg or Portage.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and fluid checks.
- Conduct inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Use diagnostic equipment and follow factory repair procedures to ensure high-quality work.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about repair needs and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Automotive Service Technician (or working toward certification).
- Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles of all make and models (Ford experience is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
