JOB ADVERTISEMENT:   TITLE:                              AUTOBODY & COLLISION TECHNICIAN (NOC 72411)   COMPANY:                    ARLINGTON AUTO BODY LTD. LOCATION:                    1494 ERIN STREET WINNIPEG, MANITOBA R3E 2S8   TERM:                              FULL TIME, PERMANENT SALARY:                          $30.16/hour LANGUAGE:                  ABILITY TO READ, WRITE AND SPEAK ENGLISH IS REQUIRED   We are currently looking for an AUTOBODY & COLLISION TECHNICIAN to work at our company located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.   The duties and abilities required are listed as follows:  

• Clean and maintain work space, replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components file
• Grind and sand motor vehicle body surfaces to be repaired
• Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers
• Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills.
• Bolt or weld replacement parts into place
• Repair or replace interior components
• Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
• Other duties as assigned.

• Completion of Secondary Education;
• Completion of Welding Certification is an asset.
• At least 1 year work experience is an asset.
