- Supervise, coordinate and assign the activities of customer service staff in financial services - Ensure accuracy of transactions and compliance with company policies and procedures - Resolve customer complaints and handle complex account inquiries - Establish work schedules and procedures - Train staff in job duties, customer service standards and company policies - Promote financial products and services to meet customer needs
