Description
Inform customers of available financial products and services to address their needs. Process customers lease payments and disbursements, through bills and credit card payments, money orders, and other related banking transactions. Answer inquiries and resolve discrepancies concerning customers' accounts. Inform customers about term and due lease/loan payments. Balance daily transactions. Promote financial products and services. Store, update and retrieve financial data.
Qualifications
Completion of Secondary School, Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/Management Must have at least three years of most recent, verifiable work experience
