Language requirement        : English Job Purpose: To support daily food service operations by assisting in the preparation, assembly, and service of menu items in a fast-paced environment. The role ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include keeping workstations clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed, and contributing to smooth counter operations.

Duties

  • Greet customers, take their food and beverage orders, and clarify any special requests
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, and portioning using both hand tools and kitchen equipment
  • Cook and assemble quick-service menu items using appliances such as fryers, grills, and ovens
  • Plate meals for dine-in service or package orders for takeaway and delivery
  • Prepare a variety of hot drinks including coffee and tea-based beverages
  • Serve food efficiently at the counter or self-service stations
  • Replenish food items in display areas and monitor inventory levels
  • Handle transactions and process customer payments when required

Qualifications

Technical- Ability: 

  • 2-3 years of experience as a food counter attendant is required
  • Customer service mindset
  • Strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Safe food preparation, storage, and handling
  • Manage multiple orders during busy periods
  • Work efficiently under pressure.
Essential Functions: 
  • Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly service
  • Prepare and serve food items and beverages according to established standards
  • Operate cash register/POS system and process payments (cash, card, digital)
  • Follow Food Safety and Hygiene procedures at all times
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and basic complaints professionally
  • Dispose of waste and maintain proper sanitation standard
