Wilf’s Elie Ford is seeking a level 1-2-3-4 to Red Seal Licensed Technicians. The right candidate would help us maintain our great customer service level our customers have come to expect for over 40 years. We offer health benefits, competitive wages and a matching pension. Busy service department and Family owned for 40 years. A short 20-minute drive from Winnipeg or Portage.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and fluid checks.
- Conduct inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Use diagnostic equipment and follow factory repair procedures to ensure high-quality work.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about repair needs and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Licensed Automotive Service Technician (or working toward certification).
- Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles of all make and models (Ford experience is an asset).
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
