Student Works Painting is hiring motivated, hardworking individuals to join our exterior and interior painting crews for the summer season. No previous painting experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training. Duties
Job Duties
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, washing, masking, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Protect landscaping, furniture, and surrounding surfaces during projects.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles.
- Work safely on ladders and scaffolding while following company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and crew members.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting production goals.
- Complete daily setup and cleanup of each work site.
Qualifications

- Reliable transportation to job sites or ability to arrange transportation.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors.
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Previous painting or construction experience is an asset but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
