We are currently looking for a Tools Repairer, Assembler and Servicer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, assembling, testing, adjusting, and servicing tools and equipment, while also supporting product preparation, packaging, and material processing activities. The successful candidate must be able to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, handle materials, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Duties

Review work orders to determine repair, servicing, assembly, and adjustment requirements • Inspect tools, equipment, and components to identify defective, damaged, worn, or improperly functioning parts • Repair or replace defective components using appropriate hand tools and equipment • Disassemble and reassemble tools and equipment as required • Perform various assembly functions according to work orders, specifications, drawings, and established procedures • Verify and test repaired and assembled equipment to ensure proper functioning • Adjust and fine-tune equipment to meet operating requirements and specifications • Calibrate hand tools and related equipment to ensure accuracy and proper performance • Perform quality checks on repaired, serviced, and assembled products • Identify and report defective components, equipment problems, or quality concerns • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe working condition • Prepare, label, and package finished products for shipping • Assist in the material processing department as required • Handle and organize materials, components, tools, and finished products • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies • Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and other tools safely and correctly • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1–2 years of experience in tool repair, equipment servicing, mechanical assembly, or a related field Personal Suitability: • Good oral communication • Organized • Flexible • Team player • Hardworking • Attention to detail • Hand-eye coordination • Ability to perform repetitive tasks • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Physically capable of handling tools, equipment, and materials • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
