Description
We are looking for a responsible Automotive Dealership Supervisor to perform a variety of managerial and supervising tasks. Duties of this position include coordinating, assigning and reviewing work and performing same duties as workers supervised.
Duties
Tasks Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Establish work schedules and procedures Examine and verify the accuracy of work Identify workers’ training needs Prepare and submit reports Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Perform same duties as workers supervised Co-ordinate, assign and review work Requisition materials and supplies Organize and maintain inventory
Qualifications
