SHELL (10165947 Manitoba Limited) is hiring one Food Service Supervisor at 380 Provencher Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2H 0H1. Permanent, full-time, on-site employment; 40 hours per week at $23.00 per hour. Start as soon as possible. Language: English. Supervise our prepared-food program, which uses an oven to heat chicken strips, samosas, Jamaican patties, vegetable spring rolls, hot dogs and taquitos. Duties
Establish methods to meet work schedules. Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Supervise and coordinate staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure food and service meet quality-control standards. Address customer complaints. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Qualifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least two years of relevant experience.
