We, Amaranth Cannabis Store (What the Weed), are looking for a Full-time and Permanent Sales Supervisor. (We can consider part-time as well as full-time applicants) Position: Sales Supervisor Employer: Amaranth Cannabis Store (What the Weed) Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Position Available: 1 Work Location: Unit 2, 108 Kinosota Rd. S, Amaranth, MB, R0H 0B0 Salary: C$22.00 based on 30-36hr/wk Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, or 40hrs/wk Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay Work Setting: Retail Cannabis Education: Completion of Secondary School Experience: At least 1-2 years related working experience Language: English Job Description: – Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules to cover all shifts – Supervise staff and cashiers’ performance – Supervise Cash-in/ Cash-out procedures – Maintain inventory and order merchandise accordingly – Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages – Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store – Sell merchandise to customers if necessary – Ensure that the store’s visual standards and cleanliness are maintained – Train or arrange for training of new sales staff if necessary Other: – Position is open and available to underrepresented group, such as Indigenous, New Immigrants, Youths, Refugees, Elders, and Asylum Seekers, etc. if candidates meet the above requirement. – Candidates also legally entitled to work in Canada can apply. – Being at least 19 years old and having a valid Smart Choices Cannabis Retail Certification are requirements.
