Molly Maid Winnipeg East is looking to hire two (2) full-time Cleaning Supervisors (TEER/NOC: 62024) to meet the company’s growing business.

Duties

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of light duty and specialized cleaners
2. Inspect sites to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
3. Assist in hiring and training cleaning staff
4. Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments
5. Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
6. Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
7. May perform certain cleaning duties.

Qualifications

1. Good work history and proven ability to motive and supervise workers
2. Good planning, analytical and organizational skills
3. Customer service oriented and values quality work
4. Reliable and has positive work attitude
5. Has at least one (1) year of supervisory experience
6. Willing to work overtime and do shift work, when required
7. Willing to work on weekends, evenings and holidays, when required
8. Must be able to communicate in English
