Duties
Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules. Order merchandise and organize and maintain inventory. Authorize merchandise returns. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and coordinate workers. Manage cash.
Qualifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least two years of relevant experience.
