Experience level: Minimum 2 years experience which shows skills matching the duties and responsibilities, qualifications and shows ability to meet the expectations of the company as noted below. Education: Completion of secondary education in relation to the field. HVAC/ Red Seal certified. Contact Information: (email) hr@winklermeats.ca Duties/Responsibilities: •Troubleshooting & repair •Maintaining preventative maintenance on all equipment •Technical skills – repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing & HVAC •Safe food compliance •H&S compliance •High attention to detail and quick thinking •Meeting deadlines and following through with tasks Qualifications & Expectations: •Minimum 2 year experience •Secondary Education – HVAC / Red Seal / Mechanic •Knowledge of all tools and usage of them •Valid Canadian driver’s license •Communication skills- must speak/write/understand English •Attention to detail with high accuracy rate •Able to adapt to Canadian working conditions and culture Working Conditions: •Repetitive motion •Standing for long periods of time •Proper lifting of heavy items •Working in cold/wet environment •Slippery condition •Not afraid of heights •Tight space •Working alone •Working with live animals •Comfortable going into the plant (handle seeing and being around blood and deceased animals)
