Description
Summary We are seeking skilled overhead crane operator(s) with a solid background of prior experience in craning using 20-50 ton overhead cranes. This full-time position is located within our pre-cast concrete manufacturing plant in Haywood, MB and operates Monday to Friday, all year round (not seasonal).

- Operate overhead cranes to move, lift, and position materials.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate material movement.
- Monitor/inspect equipment for malfunctions and report any issues to maintenance personnel.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Prior overhead crane experience is required (ideally 5+ years).
- Proficiency in safely operating overhead cranes with a variety of loads and weights in a manufacturing / warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and technical instructions.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, and moving heavy loads.
