Description
Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff and cashiers. Prepare and submit reports of Sales volumes. Maintain records of stock and order merchandise. Establish work schedules. Handling Customer requests and complaints. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Authorize payments and return of merchandise. Plan opening and closing of the store.
