R0K 0L0 Type of Employment: Full-time - permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Assemble door panels, trusses or modular components to make prefabricated housing using jigs, overhead cranes and hand and power tools Read blueprints, written specifications, production orders, diagrams and production drawings Pack items for shipping and distribution Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards Mark defective parts or products for repair Trim and sand joints, molding, or other wooden parts to be assembled using hand and power tools May assist with maintenance of machinery Requirements: Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Experience: At least one year of experience is required. Experience in the manufacturing industry is required. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Hand-eye coordination, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player Work site environment: Noisy Weight handling: Maximum 60 lbs. Language: English is required Salary: $31.33 per hour. 42.50 hours per week. Benefits: Bonus Important Information: Flexibility on schedule is required. Work schedule: 7a.m. - 4:30 p. m.
