Duties
The Lil'Cubs Centre Co-ordinator, is responsible for the day to day operations of the Children's Centre including programming for children, supervision of the staff, collaboration with other leaders at the Churchill Health Centre. The Coordinator is also expected to ensure the daycare is in compliance with all provincial standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of Criminal Record checks and Child Abuse Registry check and Investigation Authorization (lA) Form.
- Moderate to strong computer skills is an
- Confidence working within Day care related applications, strong competence with Microsoft suite, and other websites or applications.
- Creative problem-solving skills, skilled at change management and the ability to nurture positive change with staff, children and parents.
