H-Authentica Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The successful candidate will assist customers, process sales, manage merchandise, and support inventory operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties
Responsibilities Greet customers and identify their product needs and preferences Provide product information and advice about merchandise Process in-store and online sales transactions Prepare estimates or quotes for prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates Operate computerized inventory tracking and re-ordering systems Maintain accurate sales and inventory records Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease Assist with Internet-based electronic commerce transactions Keep product displays and sales areas organized
