Duties
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop & implement HR strategies / initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
- Lead employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Manage performance appraisal system and succession planning.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Post-secondary certificate in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven working experience as HR manager or senior leadership.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Experience with HR compliance, metrics, systems, and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
