Our most popular made-to-order meals include sushi, donburi, nigiri, rolls, Tempura, Udon noodle soup, Stir-dry noodles, etc., to dine-in and takeaway customers. We are hiring a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our booming team.
Duties
Job Duties:
- Establish every day’s work schedules, assess workload, arrange staff shift schedules, and assign work to staff according to their work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and cashiers
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Know well of the menus and dishes, flexible in adjustment when necessary
- Take take-out orders, supervise and check the delivery for take-out orders
- Negotiate with client for group/party/ceremony catering and relavent services
- Negotiate with current and potiential suppliers for best deals
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in a restaurant supervision and management position or other similar positions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Have excellent effective interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent business negotiation skills.
